RadioA1A® is an affiliate of the A1A Media Network (A1A Media LLC) and was created in 2013 by Harry Teaford in Islamorada, Florida with a goal and mission to broadcast Tropical Music, Entertainment, News and Information to the world from the Florida Keys. RadioA1A® studios are located at the 81 mile-marker oceanside on US 1 (FL State Road A1A). The A1A Media Network also streams Country Music by independent songwriters 24/7 on Cruisin’ Country Radioand Inspirational independent songwriters 24/7 on Paradise Road Radio.
Many RadioA1A® programs are simultaneously video streamed live to the A1A Media Network YouTube Channel, multiple Facebook pages, and Twitter/Periscope. We distribute our RadioA1A®programming to over 25 Podcast Application platforms, including iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, Soundcloud, Stitcher, Tunein, Alexa and Google Play. Podcast distribution allows for easy access to program replays by the public using smartphone and computer Podcast applications.
Unique RadioA1A® musical programming is contributed by independent singer-songwriters. It may be difficult or even impossible to find cover songs or well-known recording artists in the 24/7 programming rotation. RadioA1A® Programming Director, Dewey Engstrom has 30 plus years in Radio, TV and Audio production. Dewey is also an accomplished painter, graphic artist, Social Media manager and website developer.

They have embraced the ‘Tropical Americana’ music format and provide independent artists with advanced studio production, music distribution/publishing, marketing, and management. Tuff Duck Music has relationships with major studios in Memphis, Nashville, and Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
RadioA1A® News Director and Local Programming Producer is Keys Radio veteran, Mark Mills from Key Largo. Our Medical Programming is hosted and produced by world renowned surgeon, Dr. Bob McLellan from Marathon Key. Each year, during the last full week of October and first weekend in November the RadioA1A® broadcast team assembles in Port Richey, FL and kick off the annual ‘Phollow the Phlock MOTM Pit Stop Tour’. This ‘Tropical Americana’ independent songwriter tour finishes in a big “Party with a Purpose” at the ‘Meeting of the Minds’ (MOTM) Parrothead convention in Key West.
